Sometimes when you drive out of the ghost town, at the of the intersection of the dirt road leading out of the ghost town and the road leading to the Sherman Dam, Pulaski will go too fast on the left turn, go wide, and crash into a road sign on the side of the road. Block him and hijack his car. Drive into the water just north of the Sherman Dam. Do not go too fast though, or you will lose Pulaski and fail the mission. Exit the car and just stay in the water. Pulaski will run after you after you steal his car, and end up walking into the water. Pulaski cannot swim, and will drown. You will have killed Pulaski without using cheats or bullets.
Note: Invincibility is unreliable and occasionally turns itself off after cutscenes, inside the car when just finishing dates and missions or if Carl's inside the car when the cheat is turned on. The player has to exit and re-enter the car to re-enable the invincibility, or else Carl's car will blow up when blowing up another car. Also if the player disables this cheat while inside the vehicle, it will become all-proof and also not destroyed when using cheats "Blow up all vehicles". If the vehicle is stored into the garage, it will immediately lose its' fire and damage-proof qualities, but retain the bullet-proofing and explosion-proofing.
CJ is free of police attention during some missions of the game (etc. The Da Nang Thang, End of the Line), no matter how much chaos he has caused during the mission progress, unless the "Lock Wanted Level" cheat is turned on and then turned off, which can disable this glitch or wanted level is forced by cheats. This glitch can be useful for the player to invade the Easter Basin Naval Base and Area 69 and a locked region when not finishing the mission that unlocks a territory, and collect some hidden weapons and collectibles there. However, flying over Area 69 may be hazardous and even can waste CJ.
There are two settings related to cheats, and I didn't mention one of them in the notes above. On the Misc tab of SASE is a Cheated checkbox; uncheck the box to disable the cheat warning when saving. For some reason SASE always seems to turn this flag on. The other setting, as mentioned above, is the cheat count listed in the Stats page. 2b1af7f3a8
